         Grilled Fish with Vinegar

Ingredients:

  • Fresh fish (whole or fillets)
  • Vinegar (white or apple cider)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Spices (optional: cumin, paprika, or coriander)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro for garnish)

Preparation:

  1. Marinating the Fish:
Clean the fish thoroughly and pat it dry. In a bowl, mix vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add your choice of spices to enhance the flavor. Coat the fish evenly with the marinade and let it rest for 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  2. Grilling Process:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated fish on the grill and cook each side for about 5–7 minutes, depending on the thickness, until the flesh is tender and flaky. Brush occasionally with leftover marinade to keep it moist.

  3. Serving Suggestions:
Garnish the grilled fish with fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with a side of grilled vegetables, lemon wedges, or a fresh salad.

Key Flavors: The vinegar adds a tangy depth to the dish, while the garlic and herbs complement the smoky grilled taste.
