Recipe: Avocado Kiwi Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 kiwis (peeled)
- 1 cup cold milk (or plant-based milk like almond or coconut milk)
- 1-2 tbsp honey or sugar (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Ice cubes (optional)

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Peel the avocado and mash it, or cut it into cubes.
- Peel the kiwis and cut them into small slices or cubes.

Blend the Ingredients:
- In a blender, add the avocado, kiwi, milk, honey or sugar, and lemon juice.
- Blend on high until smooth and well-combined.

Serve:
- Pour the smoothie into serving glasses and add ice cubes if desired.
- Garnish with a slice of kiwi or avocado on the edge of the glass if you like.
