Recipe: Avocado Kiwi Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 kiwis (peeled)
  • 1 cup cold milk (or plant-based milk like almond or coconut milk)
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Peel the avocado and mash it, or cut it into cubes.
    • Peel the kiwis and cut them into small slices or cubes.
  2. Blend the Ingredients:

    • In a blender, add the avocado, kiwi, milk, honey or sugar, and lemon juice.
    • Blend on high until smooth and well-combined.
  3. Serve:

    • Pour the smoothie into serving glasses and add ice cubes if desired.
    • Garnish with a slice of kiwi or avocado on the edge of the glass if you like.
  4. Enjoy:

    • Serve the smoothie cold and enjoy its refreshing, nutritious taste!
