Recipe: No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 20 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Filling:
- 400g cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 10 Oreo cookies (chopped)
For Garnish:
- 6-8 whole Oreo cookies (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs.
- Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter until the mixture holds together.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 20-23 cm springform pan, pressing it down evenly using a spoon.
- Place the pan in the fridge for 15 minutes to set the crust.

Prepare the Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and free of lumps.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Add the heavy cream and continue beating until the mixture is thick and smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.

Assemble the Cheesecake:
- Pour the filling over the chilled crust and spread it evenly.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the cheesecake to set properly.

Garnish:
- Before serving, garnish the cheesecake with whole Oreo cookies on top.

Serve:
- Slice the cheesecake and serve chilled.
