Recipe: Restaurant-Style Salmon
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (about 200g each)
 - 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1/2 tsp paprika
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2 lemon (for squeezing)
 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:
-
Prepare the Salmon:
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
 - Season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

 -
Pan-Sear the Salmon:
- Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Place the salmon in the skillet skin-side down (if it has skin) and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy.
 - Carefully flip the salmon and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked (it should flake easily with a fork).

 -
Add the Finishing Touch:
- Squeeze half a lemon over the salmon during cooking for a fresh, tangy flavor.

 -
Serve:
- Garnish the salmon with chopped parsley and serve hot with a side of roasted vegetables or rice.
